On Saturday, April 13, 2024, a joint hospital information session was held at Teikyo University Itabashi Campus for 3rd and 4th year students from Faculty of Medical Technology Department of Nursing and Graduate Course of Midwifery.
To help students choose a career path in nursing, representatives from the university's four hospitals and clinics, Teikyo University Hospital (Itabashi-ku, Tokyo), Teikyo University Hospital, Mizonokuchi (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture), Teikyo University Chiba Medical Center (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture), and Teikyo University Shinjuku Clinic (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), including the director of nursing, took the stage and explained the characteristics of each hospital and their approach to nursing careers. The event was attended by approximately 100 students who are interested in a career in nursing, and even after the briefing session was over, they continued to ask questions to the nursing directors individually.
Teikyo University will continue to provide a variety of support to foster each student's career and nursing perspectives.
