Fifteen faculty members participated, and there was lively Q&A, making it a lively discussion.
The presenter, Urishima Hirohiro (4th year, Faculty of Medical Technology), commented, "I worked as a player and student trainer for our university's American football team, thinking about what I could do to contribute to the team's victory and working to prevent injuries. Through this activity, I deepened my knowledge of sports injuries and gained the ability to collect various data and opinions and express them in my own words. I also wanted to further hone my ability to get things done. I learned a lot from my supervisor, Associate Professor Saho Yasuaki. I was able to spend a period of time doing my graduation research that will definitely be useful in my future life."
Associate Professor Yasuaki Saho of the same course commented, "This year, two students undertook their graduation research. Both of them were challenging themselves to solve the questions and problems they had through their activities as trainers and mentors, and the content of their presentations was very interesting. Both of them will move on to the next step, and I hope that they will use the experience they gained from this graduation research to become successful in society."
