Dean Sakamoto and Professor Fujii held their final lectures at Graduate School of Teacher Education,Hachioji Campus

On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, Kazuyoshi Sakamoto Dean and Yasushi Fujii Professor, who have long taught at the University Graduate School Graduate School of Teacher Education, gave their final lectures at Teikyo University Hachioji Campus, which were attended by students and faculty members of the same university and many others.
Sakamoto Dean gave a final lecture titled "Expectations and Anxieties about Environmental Improvement Surrounding Teachers," in which he discussed the "Agreement on Environmental Improvement Surrounding Teachers" released in December 2024, and discussed the complex intertwined factors involved in environmental improvement, including issues such as salary, overtime, and job satisfaction. Fujii Professor gave a final lecture titled "Tsunagu: Education and Medicine," in which he reflected on the difficulties and joys of teaching Graduate School of Teacher Education from the perspective of a physician, using reaction papers. At the end of each lecture, there was a round of applause, followed by the presentation of flowers and a reception.
