Educational Purposes

The Faculty of Medical Technology aims to develop good human resources who can contribute to society by acquiring the specialized knowledge and skills, education and ethics necessary for members who are responsible for modern medical care, in accordance with School Philosophy of the founding of the university.

Three policies of the Faculty of Medical Technology

The Faculty of Medical Technology aims to develop human resources who have a high level of education and ethics and who can contribute to society as professionally skilled workers who can take charge of modern medical care.   1. General education subjects are divided into five educational subject categories: liberal arts, first year, career, information, and foreign languages. They are designed to help students acquire a rich humanity, ethics, communication skills, and International perspectives, as well as the basic knowledge necessary for medical professionals.
  2. The specialized basic fields include basic medical subjects in each field with the aim of acquiring the basic medical science necessary for learning the basic knowledge and skills of each department.
  3. The specialized fields include subjects that allow students to learn the specialized knowledge and skills necessary to be members of modern medical care.

Faculty of Medical Technology aims to orthoptist, nurses, radiological technologist, clinical laboratory technician technicians, emergency medical technician, and judo therapist in order to contribute to the specialized medical care that is essential in modern Team Medical Care, as well as to nurture excellent sports coaches, educators, and athletes in order to contribute to the promotion of a healthy society.

In accordance with the objectives of Faculty of Medical Technology, the Department of Orthoptics aims to train high-quality orthoptist, as part of Team Medical Care, can respond to the diversifying medical needs of the public and the advancement of medical technology.

Department of Orthoptics aims to train orthoptist have the correct knowledge and skills related to Ophthalmology, as well as scientific and logical thinking and rich humanity. A degree will be awarded to those who have acquired the following abilities and completed the required credits.

  1. Explain the basic knowledge of ethics, psychology, and medicine related to medical care.
  2. Explain basic knowledge about Ophthalmology.
  3. Have knowledge of Ophthalmology examinations and can practice examination techniques.

  2. Ophthalmology In the basic specialized fields, "Optic Health Care," "Social Medicine," "Basic Medicine," "Clinical Medicine," "Optic Anatomy," "Optic Pathology," and "Optic Pharmacology" will be offered to study the basics of medical care. Neurophysiology Ophthalmology" to study the basics of visual function, strabismus, and eye movements, and "Visual Rehabilitation" to study the basics of prosthetic devices and social adaptation for people with low vision.
  3.
