The personnel department sponsors training by rank, including training for new employees, training for young staff, and training for managers. The training focuses on workshop styles, not lecture styles. Prenatal and postnatal leave can be taken 6 weeks before and 8 weeks after childbirth, and childcare leave can be taken until the child is 1 year old. If you cannot enter the nursery school, you can extend it for up to 12 months.
